As a Finance Manager at Citizens, Bill is in charge of managing, allocating and forecastingproperty capital spend and depreciation expenses for all properties under the Citizens propertyportfolio. Since starting at Citizens in February 2023, Bill has been integral in projects such asintroducing multiple new monthly capital reports, establishing a new forecasting process usinghistorical project data to improve accuracy, developed a system of managing new capitalbuilding projects, and facilitated bi monthly capital meetings to gain insights into the progressfrom multiple business line’s progress, ensuring they are aligned with Citizens’ corporate andbudget goals.At Citizens, Bill’s analytical mindset shines through the use of Microsoft Excel’s VBA, Lookups,Logic and Arithmetic functions. He has also developed working knowledge in Oracle, OracleProjects, SQL, Lucernex, and Hyperion Essbase. Using these tools, Bill has made an impact inproject team alignment and documentation efforts, tracking capital spend and fixed assetdepreciation, and providing impactful data driven insights.As a recent graduate of Bryant University (BBA in Marketing and applied analytics with a minorin communication and a MBA in Business Analytics) Bill had the opportunity to travel throughEurope and the Middle East, learning about international business cultures and engage in criticalbusiness tactics and strategy topics while being a top performer on the Men’s Division 1 CrossCountry and Track and Field team.
