As the Project Coordinator for the WellBuilt Cities ecosystem I had the distinct pleasure to help design, develop and operate the 813 Collective program. Designed originally as a social enterprise incubator for local leaders and entrepreneurs in Tampa, the program has evolved into a community of like minded individuals who are passionately and intentionally serving those around them.More about the 813 CollectiveThe 813 Collective is WellBuilt Cities effort to gather others that we recognize are charting the same coordinates, guided by a moral compass and a vision that is calling us all forward. While we sometimes have different words we use to describe or articulate that vision, we recognize those thoughtful, empathetic, resilient believers and optimists building reservoirs of conviction, courage, and character in our city. The goals of this Collective are very simple. Convene these builders and cultivate their love for themselves, for one another, for our city, and for the mission they feel called to. Our hope is that by building a network of builders we can deepen the social infrastructure of our community and create a healthy environment for true collaboration and mutual aid to thrive.
