As a registered Architect my Construction and Project Management experience benefits the owner by bringing a fully experienced builder and architectural designer to the project team. The unique combination of experience greatly enhances the communication efforts between the contractor, design team, & owner. This results in a greatly improved quality of their relationship and overall project success. As Project Executive, I was responsible for the management of the total project from the sell to completion managing all the efforts of the construction team whether a CM, Program Management, P3 or Traditional delivery method, assuring the quality, schedule, costs and timeliness of all project deliverables.QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY: 39 Years in Architectural & Construction Industry.1. Program Management – Managed 20+ design and construction firms on 27 projects while serving as the Project Executive for the Stephen F. Austin State University & Houston ISD Bond programs (3+ years).6. P3 Project Delivery Experience - ASAP III Projects from proposal thru completion as Project Executive for the southern Alberta (3 years). Additionally, assisted with the Milton Hospital Proposal (Toronto, Canada 2 1/2 months) Architectural Team.
