In charge of the establishment and management of Puerto Rico operations, launched company’s core products typically oriented to Carrier customers to Corporate Clients. Provided support to Wholesale operations and company’s strategy to open market in the Dominican Republic. Responsible for build out of PR office from 0, hiring sales, support and operations staff to manage day to day operations. Designed sales and marketing strategies for the country and created sales funneling and prospecting processes.

Provided consulting services for wireline and wireless telecommunications products and services. Strategically analyzed customers’ existing systems and network services. Worked to understand client requirements and procured vendor services to meet the identified business needs. Formulated Request For Proposals and assisted in their implementation. Implemented telecommunications as a special project for an HMO company in Tampa, Florida where a hosted PBX solution for a 100 + call center was developed as well as project management of voice and data for the companies’ 9 locations network.
