As a dedicated educator and coach, I am passionate about helping students achieve their full potential both on and off the court. With experience as a High School Social Studies Teacher and Basketball Coach, I have honed my skills in classroom management, teaching, and interpersonal communication.In my current role as Head JV Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach at Mancos High School, I am committed to building a culture of excellence and teamwork. I strive to develop strong relationships with my players and help them develop the skills and mindset necessary to succeed both on and off the court.As a former Social Studies Teacher with Dolores School District No. RE-4A and AVID Teacher at Montezuma-Cortez High School, I have also developed expertise in reading intervention, curriculum implementation, and helping students overcome academic challenges. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed and am committed to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment.My dedication to personal and professional growth has led me to pursue additional training in PBL 101 and various other professional development opportunities. I am always looking for new ways to improve my skills and deliver high-quality results.I am excited to connect with other educators and coaches who share my passion for helping students reach their full potential.
