"Success doesn't come to you, you go to it"Currently a Team Leader - IPAR In my 8+ years experience in Occupational Rehabilitation I have gained experience across many services and schemes.I have experience with a variety of portfolios such as Workcover Vic, Workcover NSW, Workcover SA, Comcare, TAL, TAC & Self Insurance; therefore I believe I have the knowledge to provide a holistic approach and service to all injured workers and stakeholders.My vast experience and knowledge I have acquired through my professional career as a Return to Work Specialist are proven and experienced in complex case management and currently have a caseload of injured works of approximately 80 Injured workers across all schemes.My key experiences include knowledge of the workers' compensation legislation in Victoria, Comcare Legislation, development and knowledge of early intervention and injury management strategies & upholding industry standards. I possess strong communication skills daily have communication between Injured Workers, stakeholders and Treating Healthcare Professionals and achieving strong return to work goals. In addition to my extensive professional experience, I have strong communication skills, strong problem solving skill and have had extensive training to possess the skills to manage conflict situations.I am experienced in, and constantly meet or exceed in meeting KPI’s, RTW targets & performance indicators. I am an effective multitasker and can prioritize tasks to effectively achieve strong results.Throughout my career, I have always focused on achieving the highest standards of service with extreme accuracy, building strong business relations and ensuring customer satisfaction. I am acutely aware of how to present myself and represent an organisation to clientele and how to deal with and build ongoing working relationships with people on all levels.
