Senior Advisors help bridge the gap between Team Managers and Advisors when it comes to technical and procedural excellence. To accomplish this, we support our Internal Tier 1 audience through several different platforms. Senior Specialists provide support through - Creation of and Moderation of content in Answers in Motion - Answering questions posed by T1 Advisors in Area Manager Chat rooms - Engaging with the business to collect data to support on-going product development - Direct Advisor interactions including Northstar review and live feedback sessions - Presentation topic and content creation for team delivery on trending topics. In addition to direct Advisor facing responsibilities, Senior Advisors are tasked with providing support to our Executive Relation and Site Support Engineering partners. Reaching out to customers directly in order to resolve complex technical issues and communicate updates. In order to remain up to date on trends and product questions, Senior Specialist allocates a certain amount of time each week to handling inbound Customer interactions, skilled as a T2 Advisor. The position of a Senior Advisor requires a well-organized self-starter and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with partners throughout the enterprise.
