I am a Member of the RICS with a wide range of experience and knowledge of the residential and student property markets, gained through my experience of working in the industry for over 15 years.I undertake valuations for loan security, development purposes, investment, year-end accounts, affordable housing, student accommodation and high value flats and houses. I value Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Student HMO Portfolios in Greater London and the South of England, including development and operational student assets. Advise a wide client base including Banks, Private Clients, Developers, Housing Associations and Property Companies. I gain repeat business from clients and actively seek new business for the firm. Supervisor and Counsellor for Graduates at Allsop LLP undertaking their APC Assessment. I am also a Qualified APC Assessor for the RICS.
