Ingle Eats is a family business that specializes in gourmet take-out.Production Worker (Aug 2018 - Jan 2021)- Helped with food assembly for our frozen kits and DIY kits- Cooked all large batch soups, stews, and gumbos- Assisted with delivery invoices by driving to customer's houses in one of our five allotted Baton Rouge area neighborhoods. Farmhand (Summer 2021)- Worked on an 8,000 acre rice farm for Justin Jenkins, a 4th generation rice farmer, in Hankamer, Texas. - Operated heavy machinery to fertilize and harvest rice, herded cows for branding, cleansing, and medication, and planting seed crawfish to grow for harvest. - Facilitated with farm upkeep such as cleaning the rice dryer and silos, organizing tools from the work truck back to supply room, mowing and weed eating farm property.

Deckhand (Summer of 2020)- Assisted in maintenance and harvesting of sockeye salmon during the infamous salmon run- Facilitated boat mechanics during downtown to assure we were in top condition for fishing hours - Operated boat towards our different locations during peak hours of the season- Harvest 175,000 pounds of wild-caught Sockeye Salmon for Peter Pan Seafood
