Reconcile all rents and make sure that they correspond to the lease.Perform weekly collection calls for payment and status of payments.Review and streamline lease obligation schedules.Coordinate with fixed asset department to review and make corrections to leasehold improvement.Research, apply, and implement changes in authoritative lease accountingCompare cost accounting of the actual costs to estimates and analyze variances.
