Thanks to the assignment in charge of leading site CRA for multiple protocols, I accumulated rich experience in IRB/IEC readiness, budget management, HGRAC application and cross-function communication. Also, projects involving Oncology and Early-stage Development enriched my therapeutic areas. I worked as the POC of several sites and supports to maintain the safety report distribution database and key site SD database. By taking SME of Clinical Supply/PD/HGRAC/EMR/AIM within team, I obtained extensive experience of training scheme development. In addition, I supported several global investigator meetings oversea and carried on seminar with HQ members.

Earlier assignments included clinical supply coordination, unblinded monitoring and SSU/COV supporting affairs. Following those assignments, I worked independently as a lead site monitor whom the focus was delivering protocols with stakeholders, developing site-level procedure, dedicating to patient recruitment under the safety/benefits protection, and implementing IRB/IEC submission. I accumulated experience in Cardiovascular and Respiratory TA monitoring with skills defined as clinical research practice, feasibility survey, data management and contingency analysis.
