•Manage and support an 8 sites, 65 servers, 650 user AD DS hybrid domain consisting of Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2012 systems and other network components, including switches and printers.•Build and deploy Windows servers and client machines utilizing Windows Deployment services and automate other configurations, services, setting, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.•Implement patch management systems employing Windows Server Update Services to deploy approved software upgrades and harden servers on a regular basis. In addition to configuring / adding new services as necessary.•Monitor the availability of server resources utilizing Data Collector set and review systems and application logs daily.•Perform daily backup operations employing Microsoft Azure Backup, ensuring all required files and system data are successfully backed up to the cloud and verify the integrity of the restore points.•Administer and support Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange Online policies.•Deploy and manage Windows Hyper-V virtual environment•Provide Tier 2 and 3 level support for 650 users of the agency’s network and the internet.
