Resulted in a 50% decrease in onboarding new resources and a 30% decrease in time to resolve production incidents. - Uncovered and resolved non-billing of backordered publications due to loop defects. Resulted in a cost savings of more than $200,000 per year for IBM.First Data:- Analyzed, coded, tested, and supported software applications for multiple projects and production support for Y2K and mandated government code changes.
