Afghanistan

Deputy Detail Leader responsible for overseeing Emergency Response Teams at the U.S. Embassy Kabul, Afghanistan. Responsible for training and evaluation of team personnel and employing teams to threats against the U.S. Embassy. Responsible for identifying and correcting security gaps.Planned and executed manning decisions concerning overall ERT team staffing. Worked closely with staffing coordinators to ensure proper manning requirements met per contractual obligations. Tracked and monitored training requirements for ERT personnel to ensure compliance with established contractual training standards.Deputy Operations Manager Security (DOMSEC) Approved.

Iraq

Served as Team Leader for a mobile Personal Protection Detail. Responsibilities included route planning, mission briefs and overall responsibility for safe movement of clients to meetings in high threat areas. Responsible for leading daily training covering areas from motorcade operations, evacuation drills mounted and dismounted to individual movement techniques. Handled all team member evaluations and administrative issues. Mr. Eberhart also held Tactical Commander position charged with planning routes and the navigation of the Protective element through High Threat areas in Iraq.

Iraq

Protective Security Specialist responsible for protection of clients in High Threat Areas. My responsibilities included lead driver, follow driver, up gunner and CAT vehicle commander.

Chester Virginia

I served as Production Supervisor for a 35 person shift for a uniform cleaning and storage facility. I supervised 5 sections in the plant. Loading, wash alley, hanging, sorting and folding departments. My duties also included monthly counseling's and yearly pay raise reports for each employee. I supervised the waste water treatment plant and was responsible for daily reports to the Plant Manager and General Manager on production numbers. Other responsibilities included conducting OSHA mandated training for all shift employees.

I served as an Infantry Squad leader during first deployment to Iraq. Led numerous combat foot and vehicle patrols. Led joint training patrols with Iraqi military counter parts. Supervised the fortification of site security at various company and platoon firm bases. Acting Platoon Sergeant during training cycle for second deployment to Iraq. As Platoon Sergeant, I instructed my platoon in Close Quarters Tactics, mounted and dismounted patrolling and infantry tactics. Planned and supervised Company level day and night live fire ranges. During this time I was also acting Company Gunnery Sergeant responsible for logistic needs of the company in his absence. I also rotated with Staff Non Commissioned Officers as watch officer at the company tactical operations center. In this position I monitored all locations of company patrols and firm bases and was responsible for maintaining communication with Battalion Headquarters.

Richmond, Virginia

I was tasked with site security patrols on bank property to deter criminal activity. I also performed vehicle and personnel searches on all entering bank property to locate possible weapons and explosives. Utilizing close circuit TV, I performed surveillance and detection on all Federal Reserve Bank property.

I served as security on board the USS America. My positions included guard and member of the Quick Reaction Force. During this time I attended the Close Quarters Battle course in Chesapeake, Virginia and became a member of our detachments CQB team trained in ship boarding and hostage rescue. During this time I was selected to be a Corporal of the Guard. My duties included supervision of an 8 man detail. I was also responsible for coordinating and dispatching the Quick Reaction Force team during security alerts which included route assignments and the safe securing of vital areas, key personnel and assets on the ship. I attended the Marine Corps Marksmanship Instructor Course during this time. I supervised and instructed members of my unit in Rifle, pistol, shotgun and belt fed weapons during annual and monthly training evolutions.In 1993, I was attached to Security Force Company Norfolk. My duties during this time were as Corporal of the Guard responsible for a 15 man security force charged with protection of Sinclant Headquarters. I ensured that all posts were manned and performed hourly checks. I also was responsible for the coordination and dispatching of the Quick Reaction Force in the event of a security breach. I instructed and supervised members of my unit during monthly and annual firearms training.In 1994 I was attached to Headquarters 1st Marine Division G-3. I held the position of Non Commissioned Officer In Charge, responsible for maintaining gear and equipment for a 1st Marine Division Tactical Operations Center and Forward Operations Center. I was responsible for the accountability, transportation and set up of all equipment used for 1st Marine Expeditionary Force Forward Tactical Operations Center.
