As Operations Director, I am responcible for the day to day operatonal aspect of the West Valley Mall in Tracy Ca.I coordinate the activities of the Maintenance , House Keeping, Public Safety,and Lanscaping departments. I oversee all Tennat Coordination and construction in addtion to manageing the annual Capital projects for the developement.As a senior member of the management team, I work closely with other department heads and corporate officials in managing the center.

Sr. Operations Director responcible for onsite tenant coordination, construction supervision, contract negociation and property management of 120 acre retail developenment in Haywary Ca Directed the day to day operation of Maintenance, Landscapeing, Janitorial, and Public Safety Teams. Worked closly with Contract vendors and Corporate Teams regarding all operatonal aspects of the center.

Responcible for overal operations and maintenance of Southland Mall, in Hayward,California.Respocible for hiring and training Maintenance, Landscaping, Housekeeping , and Public Safety teams for the center.Coordinated and oversaw all construction activity and Capital Project work. Assisted in annual budget preperation.
