My 19+ year customer service career started in retail, managing a Blockbuster video store (remember those?) before selling residential real estate for six years. I started with McKinley in 2003 as a salesperson and have worked as a community manager, regional director and currently as VP of Michigan operations. Creativity, hard work, and leadership have been talents that I’ve relied on my entire life and career.Three things I know for sure; Prayer is essential.
