I am a very strong leader with strong operations management, project management, logistics management, and retail and personnel management experience. I approach every day with high energy and high expectations of myself and others. While managing programs/projects, I am very successful at assessing, analyzing and developing people and teams, and instilling a strong sense of urgency. I carry high standards and expectations and possess excellent organizational skills. Strengths in project/program management to include budgeting, financial planning, cost analysis, contracting, coaching and training have been honed and perfected in each position that I have held. I am very comfortable in making decisions and have excellent communication skills allowing me to interact with all levels of management. As a leader, manager and director I have built and managed successful sales teams and maintained excellent operational standards encompassing all facets of the program to include: logistics management, service sales, installs, delivery, training sales, commercial sales, and repair centers.
