I am currently the owner and director of Evans Properties NW LTD. We invest in properties using a refurbishment strategy to improve to the condition of the property to provide rooms and homes to a high end finish for the rental market.

I completed a full level 3 apprenticeship which included a variety of domestic, commercial and industrial work. Within the domestic sector I completed a variety of jobs from additional sockets, full rewire and fault finding. I also completed a range of garage and conduit installations using single core cable. This role gave me experience of ordering and costing materials to communicating with the client.I have previous experience working on a range of industrial installations from a factory rip out and make safe with the installation of temporary lighting. I have worked on a variety of industrial factories including high bay lighting upgrades, installation of new supplies for machines wired on both basket and tray wired in a variety of cables including SWA, SY and flex. I gained experience fault finding and testing on machinery including lathe, pillar drills, dairy machinery and concrete silos.I have worked on a variety of commercial installations which included conversions and upgrades on a shop and other commercial premises. This has included a variety of full installation, modifications and repairs. I have assisted in the planning and design of a full fire alarm and emergency light system both wired in FP200. This included working to a liaising with a specialist exterior contractor to ensure health and safety specifications were met.
