Mr. Fleming has more than 20 years of Real Estate, Programming and Planning Experience in the Metro Atlanta Market. Working in Real Estate sales with Private Developers and with both regional and city planning agencies has given him a wide-ranging understanding on issues around real estate.Mr. Fleming worked for the Atlanta Development Authority (ADA) as both the Director of Development Finance and as a consultant on the development of both the Eastside Tax Allocation (TAD), and the Beltline TAD. As Executive Director of Techwood Park, Inc. he was charged with being the lead private sector organization in revitalizing the area surrounding Centennial Olympic Park and the Techwood Housing Project.Mr. Fleming has also worked with the Atlanta Regional Commission as a Land Use Planner and Branch Realty as a Real Estate Property Manager.
