This function requires knowledge and regular application of various civil rights statutes, including the Equal Pay Act of 1963; title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967; the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008; and the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act of 2023.Serves as back-up counsel for several operational offices and/or functions, including the Office of Grants Administration; the Office of the Chief Risk Officer; the Office of Budget; the Privacy Act team; and Data Management. Also serves as back-up counsel for appropriations & fiscal law.
