I am a student currently studying a Bachelor of Computer Science (Advanced) degree at the University of Adelaide, specialising in Artificial intelligence. Throughout my studies I have been able to refine my skills in C/C++ and Python, project management, and software development. I have enjoyed working on developing programs and websites to fit specific tasks, and investigating applications for Deep Learning models throughout the course of my degree. For these reasons, I wish to pursue a career as an AI engineer where I hope to work on the development of new Artificial Intelligence models to be used in various sectors.I have proven work experience as a member of a Housekeeping team at Wheatfields Residential Care over 2023 into 2024. Given the nature of residential care, I have been able to hone my oral communication and conflict management skills by interacting with members of the team, to fulfil the needs of residents. I have experience completing tasks within a given time frame, as I must ensure residents rooms and living spaces are kept to a high standard given the time I have to do so. I have also had to adapt to different roles at short notice such as performing work in the kitchen where needed.Outside of my studies and work I enjoy programming projects related to video games, such as creating and coding mods for Minecraft written Java.
