OnDeck was acquired by Enova International in 2020. As part of the acquisition I joined Enova's SMB Strategy & Operations team. My major focus areas were:- OnDeck operational integration: Assess Enova's existing two SMB operational platforms and processes, along with OnDeck's, to determine the best path forward to achieve a "One SMB" operating model.- OnDeck Line of Credit improvement: Enova's SMB division has an existing Line of Credit product that performs very well in it's market, we assessed why and how this product performed so well and applied those learnings to OnDeck's Line of Credit product, achieving a 45% approval rate increase- New Product: top secret can't say more :-)
