Month end close in three days. Entry of actuals and rolling forecast income statement, balance sheet into company reporting intranet program. In charge of balance sheet account reconciliations, and determining and creating any adjusting entries needed.• Weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports to corporate and division.• Own AP. Conversion Concepts, Inc., formerly INBD Inc., is a multi-million dollar holding company o overf forty restaurants in Eastern Washington, Idaho, and California. Accomplishments:• Developed, maintained, and modified cost of goods systems for four entities. Designed new cost accountant position.• Created ad-hoc reports. Reported COGS and variances from expected costs to upper management. Entered COGS general ledger entries for all entities.• Helped reduce COGS for flagship restaurant, from over 40% to maintaining below 30% via accurate reporting and personally inventorying the restaurant.• Calculated final costs of aged meat from purchased cost through meat aging and trimming process.
