Began as daily delivery driver / technician when the company was located in a small garage office. Raised up to Lead Driver, then to Operations Manager over the course of my first two years. Driver-Technician responsibilities included transportation of equipment, set-up in patient homes / facilities, and instruction in the safe use and maintenance of the equipment. Also cleaning, repairing, and testing of returned equipment after pick-up. After promotion to Operations Manager, ran a remote distribution center in Auburn for a couple of years at the same time as running the warehouse in Wells. Oversaw move to much larger warehouse when business expanded in late '00's. Created floor layout for new storage, ordered and built all new heavy-duty shelving units for new warehouse and cleaning / storage areas.I assign routes for all drivers, make sure that proper equipment is available for deliveries, and process tickets for accuracy and completion. Responsible for hiring, training, and assessment of all new Drivers, Technicians, and Cleaners. Accountable through accreditation process for record-keeping and adherence to standards and practices. Also responsible for maintaining equipment stock, repairing broken equipment, cleaning when necessary, and for keeping records for accreditation. Previous experience in IT makes me the default IT advisor here as well. Setting up networks, new computers, printers, etc. Implemented paper-free recall of past delivery tickets and records with access from all office computers, which eliminated long and tedious searches through stacks of old file boxes. Enabled inter-office accountability for remotely printed delivery tickets via cloud-based live docs. Created PDF form files for disabled office workers for alternate method to hand-writing work orders. Day-to-day troubleshooting of general computer issues and questions from the office staff. Set up office business MFP machines for multiple-target scanning, remote access and maintenance.

CD-ROM / Web - based training software development using off-the-shelf software, and then creating our own content development systems for in-house content creation. Transitioned to Flash and API based development for more general purpose application distribution and wider audience access.
