Plant Specification:-Gas Turbines : GE- Frame 9E - 4 x 106.1 MW & GE- Frame 9FA - 1 x 220 MW.G.E Control System : Speedtronic Mark V & VI.HRSG : 4 X 380 T/hr, 70 bar, 535 C (Doosan Make Boilers) & 1 X 520 T/hr, 70 bar, 535C.Steam Turbines : 2 x 119.10 MW (Siemens NG 90/90, Back Pressure).DCS system : Siemens Teleperm XP.MSF : Capacity 12.5 MIGD x 5; Make: Doosan Heavy Engineering.RO Plant : Capacity 37.5 MIGD (2.2 X 17 trains). WORK EXPOSURE: Proficient in handling maintenance operations of power & water plant auxiliaries and equipments with proven ability to reduce machinery downtime and bring efficiency in operations. Operating the plant on DCS and coordinating with Control room and Field operators. Having Authorization to issue and cancel PTW system and Safety rules regarding. Preparation, isolation and normalization of PTW (Permit to Work) in plant Enterprise Asset management system this also includes physical isolation of mechanical system. HSSE (Risk management, hazard analysis, incident classification & investigation, incident control) - Awareness. Fully acquaint with power plant’s PTW system using the CMMS system MAXIMO.  Familiar with GT (9E & 9FA), HRSG, Turbine - Generating Sets & its Auxiliary and Utilities including Air Compressors & its system, High pressure feed water pumps. Human Machine Interface (HMI) & Siemens Teleperm XP DCS system, Mark V & VI control system.

As a Shift In charge, Carryovers of operations like Plant start up, operation and shut down as per standard operating procedures.  Attending Emergency Operations. Preparing daily summary report and monitoring, analyzing plant efficiency. Carry over the routine maintenance job schedule. Housekeeping and ensure pollution free atmosphere. Have experience in handling PTW system and Safety rules regarding.QUALITY RELATED EXPOSURES: Periodic monitoring of equipment performance, their corrective measures based on ISO 9000:2000 quality records. Exposure to "ISO 14001" quality aspects pertaining to clean environment. Exposure in "TPM"(Total Productive Maintenance) procedures for ensuring Zero defects, Zero loss and Zero breakdown
