Working with the client and design team in discovery, I generate development requirements for various size projects ranging from simple feature requests to full web applications. Responsible for the continued maintenance of deployed SAAS applications. Lead Developer for custom WordPress themes and plugins. Developed the WordPress ACF-based page-builder plugin Mason, which provides pre-defined blocks, like hero-style sections with background video support, accordion-style FAQs, slideshows, and testimonials.Develops web applications and APIs in Laravel and React.

As Project Manager I deployed geotechnical Automated Data Acquisition Systems (ADAS) in remote environments and provided ongoing postdeployment support, remote and onsite. My work included: evaluating the client’s needs and the project’s environmental constraints; drafting Scopes of Work for equipment, installation, software and training; coordinating the deployment with manufacturing, the client and the subcontractors; installing and managing the installation of the sensors, remote monitoring stations & datalogger base stations; configuring the system software and data management tools with respect to the client’s needs; providing training in the deployment of equipment and the use of our software. I developed a PHP SQL-statement generator for our software’s Firebird database to reduce the software deployment time.

As design engineer, I designed drainage plans and prepared exhibits and reports for jurisdictional review under the direction of the Project Manager. Projects included commercial and residential land development, mining drainage, and road projects. Activities included watershed delineation and hydrologic analysis, detention and retention design, storm sewer network design, culvert analysis and design, open channel design and floodplain studies for FEMA (CLOMR/LOMR). Designed and built the web application DrainageBuilder for integrated Pima County Hydrology and Retention Basin design.
