With a degree in Psychology from Oklahoma Panhandle State University, I have a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and motivations, and communicating effectively with diverse audiences. These skills have enabled me to excel in various roles in the automotive industry, where I have built lasting relationships with dealers and customers, and delivered high-quality service and results.Most recently, I was a Project Manager at IMR DEVELOPMENT CORP, where I planned, coordinated, and conducted game day operations for entrances and exits for Super Bowl LVIII and the Pro Bowl. This was a challenging and rewarding project that required exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Prior to that, I was a Manheim Express Specialist at Manheim, where I helped dealers buy and sell vehicles faster and easier through the Manheim Express app. I leveraged my sales and customer relationship management skills to provide personalized and professional service, and to increase their satisfaction and loyalty. I am also passionate about learning new technologies and tools that enhance the customer experience and the efficiency of the sales process.
