-Nearly 20 years experience installing, repairing, modifying Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Automation equipment.-New project startup, existing project improvement planning/implementing.- Knowledge with proven execution of manufacturing policies, as well as the ability to integrate and coordinate diversified activities on a continuous basis.-Strong trouble shooting skills with or without the use of diagrams, blueprint and other forms of written documentation.-Daily emergency repairs with maximum efficiency to minimize downtime. -Proven knowledge of machinery, processes, record keeping.-Excellent people skills with written or spoken communication in all levels of manufacturing from production, engineering, quality control, and management.-PLC experience with manufacturing processes using Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Omron.-Regularly work in fast pace, high quality, large volume manufacturing providing improved efficiency with low impact on downtime of equipment and production. -Management skills, new employee training, current employee retraining, efficiency and safety improvement projects, and discontinuation removal of old equipment. -troubleshooting 24vdc, 24vac, 120vac, and 480vac three phase. -Knowledge and involvement in, but not limited to, Microsoft Office; word, excel, and access, along with Auto CAD, Q basic subprograms, Technical Drawing, CNC programming/adjustment and PC usage for general tasks.-I have a high ambition for involvement to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and education in all aspects of the manufacturing process; production and maintenance.
