Quarter North Energy Platform Thunder Hawk MC 736 November 2018 - PresentMechanic• Implemented and Chairmen of Thunder Hawk’s HSE safety committee (2019/2020)• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections, on all production equipment, including lifesaving equipment such as lifeboats, life rafts and FRC.• Overhaul on Ariel reciprocating compressors with Arch Rock • Solar Taurus 60 gas turbine change outs and compressors. • Repair, maintain and preform scheduled maintenance on Solar Taurus 60 turbine generator and compressor• Preform preventative maintenance on marine, mechanical, and compliance equipment to a safe, organized, and operable standard in accordance to Field Wood Maintenance System. • Troubleshoot and repair faulty mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic production equipment such as Ariel reciprocating compressor, Solar Taurus 60 Turbine generator and compressor, Seatrax cranes, centrifugal pumps, Relevant Air compressors • Assist and ensure safe operation and stability of Thunderhawk’s ballast system and preform maintenance inspection and repairs in accordance to Quarter North Energy stability requirements.

Provide global management of Paragon maintenance systems with a focus on special projects related to maintenance systems. Direct the development and implementation of maintenance for new equipment placed in service. Support Operations and Engineering in the planning and execution of rig maintenance periods, equipment refurbishment/replacement and rig standardization efforts.

Coordinate the safe and effective execution of planned maintenance work along with offshore maintenance personnel. Ensure compliance with the company’s QHSE policies and guidelines. Support a maintenance training program in order to secure, develop, and maintain a competent multi-discipline maintenance team. Identify a definitive list of equipment manuals, procedures, and work instruction the maintenance team will be able to utilize. Continuing development of Paragon’s rig based maintenance system to ensure maximum operational efficiency. Assist and support in the development of a competency program for all maintenance personnel. Support Drilling Superintendents and Rig Maintenance Supervisors with preparation of yearly budgets.

Supervise and control the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronics, equipment on the rig Supervise, monitor and ensure safe operation of the installation’s ballast system or jacking systems overall stability and moving the installation on and off locations. Ensure and maintain compliance with regulatory and flag requirements-Supervise and control all preventative maintenance systems in place for all marine and mechanical, electrical, and compliance equipment to a safe, organized and operable standard.-Responsible for stability of the rig and all loads impacting its stability.-Ensure and maintain accurate records of rig certificates and ensure safe manning levels & regulatory training of personnel.-Ensure computer stability program is maintained and reflects any necessary modifications as a result of significant structural changes to the rig.-Ensure that drills and exercises involving the use of all types of lifesaving, firefighting and other safety equipment are conducted as per emergency response plan.-Maintain lifesaving, firefighting and other safety equipment in a safe operating condition.- Plan the service and maintenance of equipment according to the company guidelines.- Ensure that reports, repair and maintenance of equipment are accurate and complete.- Maintain an adequate supply of spares and order to fulfill maintenance requirements and facilitate a safe and efficient operation and stay with in rig yearly budget- Maintain proper communication with shore based Field Support group, rig management, and equipment vendors. - Implement the follow up requirements to audits, as issued by Clients, Regulatory Authorities or rig management.- Provide input in the Survey of the vessel and ways to reduce the out of service time of the vessel.- Exercise fiscal responsibility with regard to maintenance budget.- Demonstrate commitment to company safety policies through leadership and guidance.

Perform daily inspections, maintenance, and repairs on all rig mechanical equipment. To report any abnormalities to the RMS and OIM- Carry out scheduled maintenance according to the company maintenance programs and coordinate programs with supervisors and other department heads.- Maintain and repair power plants and monitor power distribution – ensure power is available at all times.- Troubleshoot and repair faulty mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic drilling equipment and tools.- Ensure the permit to work and isolation processes are followed.- Implement the follow up requirements to audits, as issued by Clients, Regulatory Authorities or rig management.- Assist in ensuring that all third party equipment is fit for purpose, certified, correctly installed, and maintained while on the rig.- Maintain an adequate supply of spares in order to fulfill maintenance requirements and facilitate a safe and efficient operation.- Supply information to assist in the development of maintenance and repair budget.- Ensure that service, maintenance and other operational reports are accurate and complete.- Coordinate with the RMS and OIM, the loading, ordering and use of fuel, potable water, and drill water in consideration of the rig’s stability.- Inform supervisor and other department heads of any technical problems or limitations that may affect the safe operation of the rig.- Plan and coordinate with other departments prior to any major activity such as rig moves, major repairs, and equipment stoppage for maintenance.- Communicate equipment problems or breakdown information via direct supervisor to Field Support Group.- Ensure regulatory requirements for environmental protection are complied with.- Assist in reviewing and updating the current safety case in consultation with rig and shore-based management.- Supervise and guide crewmembers in their On the Job Training (OJT) program.
