• Conduct highly detailed and sensitive investigations regarding cold case homicides, cold missing person cases, and acute missing person cases with a nexus to Indian country.• Lead and organize criminal investigations related to unsolved homicides and missing person cases. • Gather cold case file related to missing persons and murder cases to review for solvability factors and case prioritization.• Serve as a liaison between the federal government, tribal law enforcement, and state law enforcement agencies. • Prepare and/or reviews reports of investigation to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to submission.• Conduct surveillance of site and persons of interest to obtain evidence and establish probable cause of criminal activity.• Provide recommendation and feedback to tribal law enforcement partners on investigative strategies and techniques.

• Patrol assigned districts within the corporate city limits to deter illegal activities; protect and preserve the safety and security of individuals, buildings, neighborhoods, and districts.• Conduct both preliminary and complete investigations of events, related to homicide, rape, robbery, fatal traffic accident, unattended deaths, assaults, felony and misdemeanor level fraud, thefts, drug offenses, and computer crimes.• Interrogate suspects, interview complainants, witnesses, etc., summarize in writing the statements of witnesses and complainants, and participate in searches.• Appear in municipal and district courts to offer credible testimony relative to the investigation and charging of individuals with criminal and non-criminal offenses.• Secure and protected crime scenes by establishing boundaries, detaining victims, suspects and witnesses, locating and identifying evidence and briefing investigators upon their arrival.• Write and serve search warrants on both persons and property for Felony and Misdemeanor level crimes. • Participate in fugitive apprehension of Felony level offenders, utilizing resources such as undercover tactics, social media, and informants.

• Served in three separate leadership positions, which include the Executive Officer for the National Training Center’s Protocol Bureau, Supply and Transportation Company Executive Officer, and Distribution Platoon Leader.• As the Protocol Bureau’s Executive Officer, I was responsible for planning, coordinating, and interacting with high-ranking military officials, members of congress, and foreign government officials while conducting liaison operations at the National Training Center. Served directly under the Post Commanding General, where I would be required to provide frequent operational briefs. • The National Training Center is the second most visited location in the United States Army for distinguished visitors. In a one-year period, I planned, coordinated, and executed 13 official events, 27 official dinners, and the visits of 152 distinguished guests. I also trained 36 escort officers, who held the rank of Sergeant First Class (E7) through Captain (O3). • As a Company Executive Officer, I was second in command and responsible for all levels of mission requirements; in charge of 79 Soldiers, Non-Commissioned Officer, and Commissioned Officers; directly in charge of distribution mission operational requirements, company training, supply room functions, headquarters platoon, and served as the liaison between the company and battalion level assets; personally planned and executed both company and platoon level missions and training events.• As a Platoon Leader, I directly supervised 22 Soldiers and Non-Commissioned Officers; responsible for mission completion, platoon training, health and morale, and the development of future leaders.• Additional Duties: Information Management Officer, Physical Security Officer, Logistic Readiness Officer, Unit Supply Officer, Safety Officer, Arms Room Officer, Accountability Petroleum Officer, Investigating Officer.

• Supervisory duties included serving as a Range Master and occasionally training new recruits. • Physically patrolled and visually inspected units, yards, buildings, prisoners, prisoner property and clothing, to ensure the welfare, safety and security of the facility. Maintain visual surveillance of grounds by foot and from a rover vehicle.• Performed supervision of over 200 inmates during all daily activities.• Lead grid searches to locate and confiscate potential harmful items and contraband.• Wrote detailed reports and disciplinary recommendation for violation of policy.

• Hand selected to provide armed Executive Protection. • Responsible for the safety of the executives to which I was assigned. • Provide secure transport to assigned executives, to and from places of work, and to the executive residence; ensure the safety of the executive during everyday activities, both at their work location and during leisure time.• Conduct random security sweeps of their residence, property, and path of travel.
