Mr. William Howland is a senior environmental engineer with more than 15 years of experience in the environmental remediation/restoration field. He is currently providing support in the development of all aspects of auditable environmental liabilities packages across multiple Air Force installations. His experience includes providing technical support for the environmental restoration program of the Air Force Civil Engineer Centers (AFCEC).
