I manage and run a coffee shop and roasting company with my beautiful wife. We use both sides of the industry to impact the world in a way that Jesus will be glorified through how we conduct business and who we hire. We take individuals that have recently finished a faith based program, give them a job in our coffee shop or roaster and use this as a discipling tool and a way to give them a foot up back into society
