Fulfilled responsibilities as a tire technician, line technician, shift supervisor, service advisor, and mechanic. Changed tires, wheels, hubs, brake shoes/drums/pads/chambers, performed DOT inspections, suspension components, water pumps, batteries, etc on medium and heavy duty tractors/trailers. Performed oil changes, fuel filter/water separator replacements and greasing from front to back on tractor/trailers. Performed mobile services for customers broken down on the road. Called customers for POs and created all shift’s work orders and invoices. Opened and closed shop. Supervised a team of between 4-8 technicians.
