I am an accomplished financial services executive with over 29 years of experience leading diverse and dynamic teams across Sales and Operations. I currently lead Franklin Templeton’s internal sales team for US Wealth Management. In this role, I am responsible for the development and execution of our business strategy as well as leading our solution-based response to every aspect of a client’s business needs specific to investment, wealth, and practice management. Additionally, I oversee the recruiting and early career development program for Franklin’s US Wealth team, which sources talent throughout our organization.Previously at Putnam, I was Head of Internal Sales for Putnam Retail Management and Head of Strategic Relationship Management for Putnam Investor Services, where I was responsible for overseeing operational support to strategic relationships across retail broker-dealers, defined contribution recordkeepers, and insurance product partners. I am a current committee member of Franklin Templeton’s Americas Region Diversity Equity & Inclusion Executive Council, the Investment Company Institute's Internal Sales Manager Roundtable and the IMEA Internal Sales Desk Council Steering Committee.
