• Responsible for the transition of logistical support for the Civilian Police Program (CIVPOL) to the NATO Training Mission – Afghanistan (NTM_A) collecting, processing and maintaining data for analyzing all aspects of the property management and procurement• Analyze information received from various activities and 19 sites concerning logistics operations and coordinate day to day logistics inventory management operations within the theatre of operation to ensure all property has been transitioned from the Department of State to the Department of Defense. • Coordinates program requirements and support closely with functional managers to provide training to personnel on routine asset inventories and automated processes for all locations within contract property throughout the supported area. • Provides direct input to budgetary support planning, maintenance, accountability and replacement cycles for all required support assets for the Afghanistan Civilian Advisor Support (ACAS) and Embedded Police Mentors (EPM) Programs.

Plan, direct, control, coordinate and evaluate logistics management functions for DynCorp ACAS Programs. Oversee all related logistics and maintenance responsibilities for twelve 500 man regional training centers, 32 remote forward operating sites, central distribution warehouse and fleet vehicle requirements. Responsible for implementing multi-plant, multi-distribution system and logistics strategic planning for all related areas. Establishes and executes policies, programs and procedures to support market delivery requirements. Manage the distribution functions and appropriate interfaces. Coordinated, reviewed, and commented on contractor derived plans, programs, execution schedules, integrated master schedules, integrated logistics support plans, corrective action plans, and risk mitigation plans concerning long and short term sustainment. Manage all distribution functions including stocking, shipping and receiving functions within region. Supervision of over 200 personnel.

Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing logistics support functions for a regional training center (RTC) with approximately 120 DynCorp employees. Ensures effective logistical support for the RTC by proper supervision of people, thorough analysis of requirements, planning, and aggressively obtaining support. Works in direct support of the RTC Commander. Responsible for site coordinator operations, to include vehicle, generator, and facilities maintenance, as well as supplies. Responsible for property accountability of all government and company equipment at the RTC. Maintains administrative oversight of RTC medical, tactical operations and financial operations. Ensures compliance with government and company regulations and policies.

Define goals, objectives, and programs for all logistics programs.Develop and maintain Property Control System and Plans within regional training center (RTC). Direct day-to-day operations for logistics, facilities and maintenance operations to include Preventive Maintenance schedules, inventory and warehousing efforts to insure compliance with corporate, government, contractual, and legal requirements. Ensures serviceability and proper storage for 711 weapons and 140K rounds of ammunition to support mobility needs. Deploys in support of Joint Chiefs of Staff, ACC and 5th Combat Communications Group directed ops.

Senior advisor to squadron commander on supply logistic matters for 16 communications systems valued at $25M. Established policies and programs for supply compliance. Managed unit Depot Level Repair, Awaiting parts and Turn-around spares programs. Managed squadron Mission Capable (MICAP) requirements, accounted for over $2.8M of assets critical to continued communications with 100 percent accuracy. Conducted follow-up actions on 1400 annual supply maintenance transitions for accuracy. Managed 300 squadron Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) items. Distributed daily transaction registers, priority monitor reports, due-in for maintenance listings. Provided monthly due-out validations
