William is a classically trained actor, former Buddhist monk, a psychologist and co-founder of SkillfulMeans. William draws from each profession’s novel understanding of human behavior and personal transformation in his latest endeavor. William has studied with Thich Nhat Hanh and his Sangha, Ven. Pa Auk Sayadaw and organized events for H.H. the Dalai Lama, Ven. Matthieu Ricard, Ajahn Brahm, and other well know Buddhist teachers. William has also pursued meditation research with Max Planck Institute for Brain Research in Frankfurt, Germany, the Greene Moral Cognition Lab at Harvard, and earned his PsyD in 2016.William brings his training as a Zen Buddhist monk, Theravada Buddhist meditation practitioner, and psychologist to his meditation trainings.William Cofounded SkillfulMeans to offer mindfulness training to wellness professionals (such as therapists and coaches) while helping them to make a bigger impact with their audience and make more money doing what they love without the hustle of back-to-back sessions or one-off low-ticket events by following our profitable and sustainable business model for building an online group coaching program and thoughtful marketing journey.
