Manage support calls and online ticketing system and delegate tasks to resolve issues.

Supporting the Human Factors Research Group by coordinating with the Data Reduction Manager in all phases of the data reduction QA/QC workflow including reduction protocol development and testing, data reductionist training and testing, reduction monitoring and assessment, and data cleaning, analytics and strategic preparation prior to final delivery. Additional duties includes technical writing for research protocols and training manuals, creating Excel sheets, formulas and macros, DB queries, system testing and peer review.

Provide over the phone advanced technical solutions debugging and replacing equipment for customers and installation technicians whilst providing assorted customer service needs ex.
