•Managing relationships with Vendors and Suppliers to ensure that supplies arrive as specified, on time, and services are provided on time, and to the standards required.•Coordinate the ordering of supplies, the timelines and work flow for Frac Shack production.•Record progress of ordering and assembly processes in tracking software (e.g. MS Project).•Ensuring adherence to internal ordering procedures including obtaining distributing and tracking Purchase Orders.•Personally assemble or supervise the assembly of various parts and components, including doing hands on work for assembly and installation where required.•Maintain and manage excellent records of each step in the process and track progress on each project•Maintain and develop the procurement processes for the Frac Shack Group.•Become competent in the testing and commissioning of Frac Shacks, as well as the record keeping associated with these activities.•Maintain and develop quality control and quality assurance practices.
