As the Associate-Accessibility at LRI Engineering Inc., I was responsible for managing and expanding our accessibility consulting services, a key business unit within the company. In this role, I led day-to-day operations, ensuring that our accessibility projects were executed efficiently, met client expectations, and adhered to industry standards.I played a pivotal role in business development, driving efforts to identify new opportunities, establish client relationships, and expand our presence in the accessibility consulting market. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to refine our service offerings, ensuring that we not only met regulatory compliance (OBC, AODA, and other Canadian Codes and Standards) but also delivered innovative, client-focused solutions.Through effective leadership and strategic planning, I helped enhance the visibility of LRI’s accessibility consulting services, contributing to business growth and client satisfaction. Work as a job captain for B2 occupancy renovations. Co-ordinating and managing mechanical, electrical, and structural disciplines with architectural construction documents to create bid packages. Work with in house specification writers to compile co-ordinated specification packages to accompany bid documents. Responsible for permit submission and correspondence with the municipality.Take projects from SD / DD / CD through CA. I worked as an Accessibility Consultant at Quadrangle Architects Limited, specializing in:-Section 3.8. Barrier-Free Design of the Ontario Building Code,-the Design of Public Spaces Standard (DOPS), and-general Ontario Building Code requirements.I have worked with MMAH on a visual guide to Section 3.8 of the Ontario Building Code. I worked as a part of a dynamic team of individuals to provide a wealth of knowledge for the studio in the area of Barrier-Free design, the AODA Design of Public Space Standard (DOPS).

I worked as an accessibility specialist, consulting from day to day with the studio (Quadrangle Architects Limited) to provide insight and understanding for the requirements of the Ontario Building Code and the AODA Design of Public Spaces Standard (DOPS). I also worked on developing accessibility guidelines for municipalities (Toronto Accessibility Guideline) and have worked on a draft copy of a Barrier-Free design guideline for the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH).
