Managed $173M cash collection and payment operations for 6 Air Education and Training Command installations supporting 448,000 personnel across 101 countries. Directly managed, advised, and briefed Wing Commander (Brig Gen) on $521M appropriated funds budget enabling support for 3.9K facilities and 75K joint base personnel.
