I ensured client satisfaction and retention through the customization of the software to fit their needs and training their users. This required the ability speak with non-technical clients about technical issues and translate between two.Colleagues and customers know me as someone who is personally committed to their success, and as an excellent communicator, both with teammates and with clients. However, I have always understood that my success is highly dependent on my team's success. As such, I am as eager to learn and absorb as much from my teammates as I am to share my own experiences with them, for in the end, we are more efficient and successful as a team than we are on our own.I have just successfully completed a 15-week coding boot camp with Coder Camps in Houston.
