Inventory Planning:- Developed BI dashboards on Tableau to provide better visibility on $200M+USD of inventory with key insights into inventory drivers/movement, warehouse capacity forecast and working capital requirement- Developed factory scorecard to ensure each factory’s supply plan is in line with inventory targets- Perform safety stock review to set inventory targets for all network facilities and report on financial impactSupply Planning & Execution: - Continuous service level improvement champion/owner of the most important KPI (case fill rate)- Provide data and drive actionable insights to continually improve service level for total ANZ business across all channels and customers - Lead daily service review and suggest tactical actions to close short-term service gaps in the company’s network - Inform local functional leads and global HQ of key service drivers across all categories and manufacturing sites - Analyse gap to safety stock/sales risks within the short-term planning horizon and report on recovery status - Ensure a fair share distribution across key customer accounts during periods of short supply Demand Planning: - Analyse and report on demand planning performance: Production/Distribution Forecast Accuracy and Bias - Deep dive into the portfolio to identify and inform planners on consistent over and under forecasted SKUs - Evaluate the impact of potential out-of-stock risk and reconcile against latest demand estimates to ensure the most accurate and latest constrained demand plan is presented to internal stakeholders - Optimize statistical forecasting by identifying SKUs that require prioritized data-cleansing - Perform master data check before the demand plan is published to supply at each month-end
