Administersoxygen, intravenous fluids, blood transfusions, and all medications during an emergentevent. Initiates a plan of care for individual patients. Collect and prepare specimens forthe labs, obtain test results and informs physicians. Identifies individual patient goals,and readiness to learn and incorporates family into the plan of care.
