During my 10 plus years experience in renewables, remote operations centers, and SCADA systems, I have installed and troubleshot SCADA systems, and managed monitoring programs for wind turbine parks. Having worked in a 24/7 remote operation center as an end user and specialist, I am very adept at understanding escalation paths and both reactive and proactive actions to prevent and resolve issues. I am highly skilled at working with people of different backgrounds, different cultures and different countries. One of my most rewarding roles has been a team leader on an international panel of remote operation centers with the goal of developing a new monitoring system for wind turbines that is still being utilized today. Moving forward, I am motivated to work in information technology, however I'm open minded to the application with the ultimate goal of a strong team-based environment.
