Field Support Technician: This position supports the efforts of the Aftersales Technical Services Group (ATSG) by promoting quality customer relations through the use of technical knowledge of Una-Dyn systems, to service its equipment at customer’s plants. This includes troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment problems, utilizing technical skills to provide precise solutions to problems with Una-Dyn equipment, maintaining proper documentation and engaging in effective communication between Una-Dyn and its customers. I troubleshoots and correct and diagnoses problems to address complaints. I observe the performance of equipment and systems to fine-tune and bring about successful and optimal operation. I also perform maintenance on equipment as required per project scope. Being the Maintenance Coordinator is a “hands on” position. I am responsible for managing and directing all maintenance elements of the plant. I perform equipment installations and/or service at various customer locations locally and nationwide if necessary and scheduled work on PM Programs and Service Contracts. I am responsible for maintaining a personal parts stock and I provide technical support for customers and distributors including on-call support (rotational basis), remote service and E-Service. I also conduct onsite training demonstrations of equipment capabilities, function for maintenance operators and maintenance crews. I also perform a number of administrative functions to include technical correspondence with customers, communicate technical issues and problems to Management and work together on solutions. I prepare, communicate and publish technical documentation for regular installations and projects that comply with company objectives, budget goals, and customer specific reporting requirements.Value added unique contributions: At my suggestion the assembly department start adding dielectric grease to all wiring terminations. This small step prevents moisture from shorting out boards and corroding connections. This greatly reduced down time in freezer environments and was added as a sales point in marketing material.

I maintained all working equipment for two assembly departments: 1) The all terrain vehicles (ATVs) such as the Grizzly/Big Bear and 2) The Water vehicles such as the 2010 FX Cruiser SHO. I was the 1st emergency response for the production shift to repair mission critical equipment in a timely manner. I also coordinated and scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) down time. I maintained the plant wide pneumatic system. I inspected/tested/maintained the main electrical control and drive panels for both departments and performed comprehensive online cost and value analysis research required for purchasing parts. I worked with management and specialty engineers to improve, develop and maintain the Data Stream MP2 (windows based maintenance tracking program) procedures and processes utilized throughout the company.
