Including the design of an electric motor capable of spinning a centrifuge over 40k rpm, a complete redesign of the console and sub assemblies as a new PLC control package. Resulting in US Patents 8192343, 9405836 and 10773263 .Also handled all project management responsibilities after development. This new line exceeded sales goals; initially projections were for only 2 units the first year but over 20 were sold. Personally involved in all aspects; including coordinating purchasing, assembly, hardware/software testing, documentation packages, execution of FAT's, customer training, shipment, installation and finally SAT's. Projects executed with consideration of regulatory and customer requirements; including FDA, cGMP, GAMP, ISO 9000, CFR (particularly 21 CFR Part 11), CE and CSA.
