Passionate and engaged leader with 38 years of IT experience implementing both large scale software and infrastructure solutions. Over the past 13 years, I’ve held Director-level positions leading my teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Application development/testing services, and disaster recovery operations.My previous roles as a test manager and as a software developer provide me a unique foundation of experiences that helps me to be an excellent IT leader for a wide range of IT operations. While my roles are always challenging, I find that I can readily understand the issues and dynamics that affect my team’s work. I truly enjoy working with my teams and helping to bring structure to our efforts. I excel at identifying both incremental and large ways to positively impact efficiencies that also yield a significant ROI.I like to say that I have a great work ethic, and I certainly do! But I think that mostly everyone works hard and gives their best effort. What sets me apart is that I know that my hard work isn't enough. Yes, I need to do my part, and I need to have my own successes, but that can only take me so far.
