Senior Associate Engineer at Caterpillar UK Ltd. in the BCP Hydraulic Systems team, supporting backhoe loaders and mini hydraulic excavators. BCP product demonstration operator.Graduate scheme rotations consisted of 14 months in the BCP hydraulic systems team, 6 months in product support for mini hydraulic excavators (1.5-10 tonne) in EAME, and 4 months in advanced manufacturing engineering.MEng Mechanical Engineering graduate from Coventry University, including approximately 18 months industrial experience at Caterpillar Inc. as part of the BCP Drivetrain Systems team across an extended placement year and summer placement.Worked as part of the Coventry University Shell Eco-Marathon team. Responsibilities included engine and drivetrain integration, and chassis testing and development. Culminated in a trip to Nogaro, France to attend the 2022 Shell Eco-Marathon competition.Have been restoring an ex-military Defender 90 since 2017. This has included complete strip down of the entire vehicle and overhaul of systems including the engine, drivetrain and electrics. Enjoy making guitars, having designed and manufactured three instruments since beginning in 2017.
