I can deliver decisive, transformative leadership.Dual hatted role as Chief of Crisis Response and Deputy Current Operations Officer. Directed operations and managed resources, risk, accountability, reporting, and integrated schedule for an organization of 2,400 Special Operations Forces.• Led crisis action planning and produced joint planning products for the command during all contingency operations. I developed a multifunctional team and initiated broad preparations and education efforts to prepare for potential US military involvement during many situations.I served as the Deputy Future Plans Officer with a focus on Contingency Plans and Operations. Assisted in planning and executing theater-wide ground special operations in support of nationally directed and European strategic objectives. Led the crisis planning team which resulted in redeploying forces from the Arctic circle to the Mediterranean Sea, seized a vessel, and returned it to friendly control in under 100 hours. Heavily involved in the coordination that spanned the spectrum from interagency, Department of Defense echelons, Allies, and gaining permission from the President of the United States.

I managed all operations for a coalition Special Operations Task Force of 150 U.S. and 1,800+ coalition forces dispersed across seven Afghan provinces conducting daily operations in the world’s most hostile environments. I excel in making difficult decisions.When not travelling to the Middle East, I was the Operations Officer for a 480-person Special Forces organization and supervised staff of 20 military personnel and civilians. I served as the principal staff officer and advisor to the Battalion Commander on all matters pertaining to the planning for and execution of collective and multi-echelon training and operations to include unit safety, airborne, language and other proficiency training, battalion level exercises, joint combined exchange training events, and deployments for training all in support of plans and essential objectives. I was the architect for a broad course of sustainment and crucial skill training for the organizational operational elements by leveraging over ten separate mobile training teams, generating $750K and 1000’s of man-days in savings, per year - a training model still in use today.
