I have a background in mental health support, student services, and administrative operations. With this experience, I bring a unique combination of empathy, communication, and problem-solving to every role I undertake. After graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2020 with my Clinical Psychology Bachelor's, I began my career as a Mental Health Technician from July 2020 to June 2021, where I worked to support individuals through challenging times, providing compassionate care and fostering a safe environment for patients. This experience strengthened my skills in active listening, and crisis management.Currently, I serve as an Admissions Representative at Full Sail University, where I guide active students through the first semester of their programs and assist them as they begin their academic journeys. I take pride in helping students understand their program options, navigate their classes, and access the resources they need to succeed. My focus is always on creating a positive and seamless experience, and providing ongoing support as students begin their studies.I bring strong technical skills in tools like Excel and SharePoint, which I utilize to streamline processes and improve communication efficiency. Whether it's providing one-on-one counseling, answering questions, or managing information in a fast-paced environment, I am committed to delivering excellent service while keeping the student experience at the forefront.
